From interstate 84 Eastbound: Take exit #25 for Scott Road.  Continue 0.25 miles straight through the first traffic light and at the second traffic light (past BJ''s) turn left onto Scott Rd.  Proceed 0.1 miles straight through the first traffic light (Plank Rd.) on Scott Rd, and turn right at the second light onto East Main St.  Proceed 0.8 miles and turn left onto Norris St (6th street on left hand side) and proceed 0.4 miles to Meriden Rd.  Turn right onto Meriden Rd and turn right into the parking lot in 0.3 miles (after Cedarwood Ave. on the right).
From interstate 84 Westbound: Take exit #26 for East Main St. and turn right at the end of the ramp.  Proceed 1.6 miles and turn right onto Pierpont Rd.  Proceed 0.8 miles and turn left onto Meriden Rd.  Proceed 0.4 miles west and turn left into the parking lot.

From interstate 84 Eastbound: Take exit #15 for CT Rt 67 south and proceed 3 miles to Hawley Rd.  Turn left onto Hawley Road and proceed 0.36 miles to the Colonial Tavern Restaurant.

From interstate 84 Westbound: Take exit # 16 for CT Rt 188 south 2.2 miles to CT Rt 67. Turn left onto Ct Rt 67 and proceed 0.3 miles to Hawley Road.  Turn left onto Hawley Road and proceed 0.36 miles to the Colonial Tavern Restaurant. 
From Quaker Farms School: Proceed 0.2 miles northwest on Great Oak Road to Hogs Back Road. Turn right onto Hogs Back road and proceed 1.3 miles to CT Rt 67. Turn left onto CT Rt 67/Oxford Road and proceed 2.2 miles to Hawley Road.  Turn right onto Hawley Road and proceed 0.36 miles to the Colonial Tavern Restaurant.

From Interstate 195: Proceed 27.3 miles to exit 13A eastbound onto route 140 (Alfred M Bassett Memorial Highway).  Proceed 1.2 miles to exit #1 for route 6 (Kempton St).  Turn left onto Kempton St, Costa's Tang Soo Do is 0.75 miles on the right.

From CT 15 (Merrit Parkway): Take exit 36 for CT-106/Old Stamford Rd which becomes Hoyt St, Turn right at CT-106 S/Old Stamford Rd and Continue to follow CT-106 S for 3.0 miles.  Turn right at Christie Hill Rd.  Continue 0.6 miles on CT-106 S/Middlesex Rd which becomes Glenbrook Rd.  Turn left to stay on Glenbrook Rd and continue another 95 feet to Glenbrook Martial Arts.
From Interstate 95 Westbound: Take exit 9 for US-1 toward Glenbrook/CT-106 for 0.2 mi.  Turn right at E Main St/US-1 S for 174 ft.  Take the 1st right onto Courtland Ave for 1.1 mi.  Turn left at Glenbrook Rd for 0.2 mi. Take the 2nd left to stay on Glenbrook Rd for 95 ft. to Glenbrook Martial Arts.
From Interstate 95 Eastbound:Take exit 8 toward Atlantic St. 0.1 mi.  Merge onto S State St. for 1.0 mi. Turn left at E Main St.  In 0.3 mi turn right at Glenbrook Rd. After 0.3 mi. turn left to stay on Glenbrook Rd and in 427 ft. take the 1st right to stay on Glenbrook Rd.  Continue 0.8 mi. to Glenbrook Martial Arts.

From Interstate 84 Eastbound: Take exit 27 to merge onto I-691 E toward Meriden for 8.6 mi.  Take exit 11 on the left to merge onto I-91 N toward Hartford/Springfield for 6.7 mi. Take exit 22 N to merge onto CT-9 S toward Middletown for 29.0 mi.  Take the exit onto I-95 N/US-1 N toward New London/Providence for 70.2 mi.  Continue to follow I-95 N. Entering Rhode Island. Take the exit onto I-195 E for 28.9 mi. Entering Massachusetts. Take exit 14 to merge onto Penniman St.  In 0.3 mi. turn left at County St. In 0.3 mi. take the 3rd right onto Sawyer St. In 0.2 mi. turn left at Ashley Blvd. In 0.2 mi Arrive at Global Karate.

From Interstate 84 Eastbound: Take exit #15 for CT Rt 67 south 5 miles to Hogs Back Road. Turn right onto Hogs Back Road and proceed for 1.3 miles. Turn left onto Great Oak Road and proceed 0.4 miles to Great Oak School.
From interstate 84 Westbound: Take exit # 16 for CT Rt 188 south 2.2 miles to CT Rt 67. Turn left onto Ct Rt 67 and proceed 2.5 miles to Hogs Back road.  Turn right onto Hogs Back Road and proceed for 1.3 miles.  Turn left onto Great Oak Road and proceed 0.4 miles to Great Oak School.

 From the West:  Take Interstate 84 Exit 26 onto CT-70 E toward CHESHIRE and proceed 4.1 miles to Main St / CT-68 / CT-70 and turn right onto Main ST.  Continue 0.3 miles to Highland Ave / CT-10 / CT-68 / CT-70 and turn right onto Highland Ave and continue 0.1 miles to Wallingford Rd.  Turn left onto Wallingford Rd and immediately right into the parking lot of J.C. Karate.
 From the North: Take Interstate 84 Exit 27. Merge onto I-691 E toward Meriden and proceed 1.8 miles.  Take the CT-10 - Exit 3 toward CHESHIRE.  Turn Right onto HIGHLAND AVE / CT-10 and proceed 4.0 miles to Wallingford Rd.  Turn left onto Wallingford Rd and immediately right into the parking lot ofJ.C. Karate.
From the East:  Take Interstate 91 to Exit 18. Merge onto I-691 West toward Meriden and proceed 6.8 miles.  Take the CT-10 - Exit 3 toward CHESHIRE.  Turn left onto HIGHLAND AVE / CT-10 and proceed 4.0 miles to Wallingford Rd.  Turn left onto Wallingford Rd and immediately right into the parking lot ofJ.C. Karate.

Meriden Boys & Girls Club: 15 Lincoln Street, Meriden, CT 06451

From I691 East: Take exit #7 (Columbia St.) to Colony St.  Take right onto Colony St, after the 2nd traffic light go right onto Washington St.
From I691 West: Take exit #7, go left at bottom of ramp.  At the stop sign go right onto Camp St.  Take a left onto Colony St, at traffic light go right onto Washington St.
Meriden Boys & Girls Club is on the right.

H.C. Wilcox Tech: 298 Oregon Road, Meriden, CT 06451
 From the East: Take interstate route 691 west to Meriden - exit 4 - at the exit turn left onto West Main Street and continue straight at the fork with Johnson Ave. Turn right onto Centennial Avenue & proceed to the traffic light (Lincoln Middle School is on one corner and Platt High School on the other corner - both on the left). At the traffic light Centennial Avenue changes to Oregon Road - Wilcox Tech is 1 mile from the West Main St/Centennial intersection on the left.
From the North: Take interstate 91 south to Meriden - exit 18 - onto interstate route 691 west - Then follow the directions "From the East above"
From the South: Route interstate 91 north to interstate route 691 west to Meriden - Then follow the directions "From the East" above.
 From the West: Take interstate route 691 east to Meriden - exit 4 - at the exit turn right onto West Main Street and continue straight at the fork with Johnson Ave. Turn right onto Centennial Avenue & proceed to the traffic light (Lincoln Middle School is on one corner and Platt High School on the other corner - both on the left). From Waterbury: Take I-84 east to I-691 east, take exit 5 for CT-71, take right onto Chamberlain hwy/CT-71.  Turn right onto West Main St, turn left onto Centennial Ave and then turn left onto Coe Ave.
From New Haven, CT: Take I-91 north to I-691 west, take exit 6 for Lewis Ave.  Turn slightly right onto Lewis Ave. then turn right onto CT-71/West Main St.  Turn Left onto Centennial Ave and then left onto Coe Ave.
From Hartford, CT: Take I-91 south to I-691 west, take exit 5 for Lewis Ave.  Turn slightly right onto Lewis Ave, then right onto CT-71/West Main St.  Turn left onto Centennial Ave, and then left onto Coe Ave.

Oxford High School: 61 Quaker Farms Road, Oxford CT 06478
From Interstate 84 East & West Bound: Take Exit #16 for CT Rt 188/Strongtown Rd south and turn left (from both east & west bound) at the end of the exit ramp.  Proceed to the intersection with CT Rt 67/Southford Rd (2.3 miles from westbound I84 exit ramp, 2.1 miles from eastbound I84 exit ramp).  Turn left onto CT Rt 188/CT Rt 67/Southford Rd for 0.1 miles and immediately turn right onto CT Rt 188/Quaker Farms Rd.  Continue 6.1 miles and then turn right onto the driveway for Oxford High School which is just past Jensen Farm Rd.

Porco's Karate I: 113 Church Hill Road, Sandy Hook, CT  06482, Phone 203-426-2427
 From Interstate 84 East bound: Take Exit # 10 and turn left at the end of the ramp at the light.  Proceed 0.4 miles, Porco's Karate is on the left side.
From Interstate 84 West bound: Take Exit #10 and turn right at the end of the ramp at the light.  Proceed 0.5 miles, Porco's Karate is on the left side.
Porco's Karate Academy III: 316 Main Street South, Southbury, CT  06488
From I84 Eastbound: Take Exit 14 and turn left at the end of the ramp onto Lakeside Rd (CT 172) and continue 0.3 miles to Main Street South .  Turn right onto Main St South and continue 1.2 miles.  Porco's Karate Academy in on your left in the rear.
From I84 Westbound: Take Exit 15 and at the end of the ramp turn right onto Main St North (Ct 67).  Proceed 0.1 mile and turn left onto Main Street South.  Continue 0.6 miles on Main Street South, Porco's Karate Academy in on your right in the rear.

Post University: 800 Country Club Rd, Waterbury, CT 06723
 From Hartford: Exit #17 off I84 West: go to traffic light and take a left onto Rt 63. Post University is on your left.

From Danbury: Exit #17 off I84 East: at bottom of ramp take a right on Rt 63 Post University is on your left.
 
Quaker Farms School: 30 Great Oak Road, Oxford, CT
From Interstate 84 Eastbound: Take exit #15 for CT Rt 67 south 5 miles to Hogs Back Road. Turn right onto Hogs Back Road and proceed for 1.3 miles. Turn left onto Great Oak Road and proceed 0.2 miles to Quaker Farms School.
From interstate 84 Westbound: Take exit # 16 for CT Rt 188 south 2.2 miles to CT Rt 67. Turn left onto Ct Rt 67 and proceed 2.5 miles to Hogs Back road.  Turn right onto Hogs Back Road and proceed for 1.3 miles.  Turn left onto Great Oak Road and proceed 0.2 miles to Quaker Farms School.

St Peter & Paul Gym: 116 Beecher Ave, Waterbury, CT 06705

From Exit #25 of I84: Turn left onto Harpers Ferry Road, then turn left onto East Main Street and then turn right onto Beecher Ave. The Gym is between East Main St. and Meriden Rd.

T's Karate: 150 Mad River Rd., Wolcott, CT 06716
From Interstate 84: Take exit 22 toward Baldwin Street, continue onto McMahon St for 0.6 miles.  Turn right onto Baldwin St and continue 0.3 miles to East Main St.  Turn right onto East Main St and continue 0.3 miles to Wolcott Street.  Make a slight left turn onto Wolcott Street and continue 4.9 miles to Mad River Rr.  Turn right at the light onto Mad River Rd and turn left into the parking lot at the rear of the IGA.

From I691 West: Take exit #7 and bear left off ramp, go to the first stop sign and take a left onto Camp street.
From I691 East: Take exit #7 and go straight off the ramp, go to the first light and take a right onto Colony rd. At the first light take a left onto Camp St.
Valentin Karate is 1/8 mile after the light on the left side.
